When required per NC State Regulations/Statutes for a charge and /or conviction of a DWI, we will provide you with the documents required by you/your attorney. At the time of the assessment you will need to bring ALL the required information to receive the assessment results immediately (see FAQ link above). A letter will be released by your consent to your attorney while you are in the office if you need it quickly.
Upon receiving all the required documentation, we will immediately submit the information electronically to the State DWI Services office to complete the DWI E-508 report; subsequently the clearing of a license is within 2 – 5 days (rather than 6 - 8 weeks). http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/
